Triangle M
Welcome! This is my blog about my newly created calendar. What it is is two circular (actually, more octogonal than circular) pieces of paper. They each have symbols on them. One has 16 symbols, the other has 7 symbols (and an empty space that is not used). Both "wheels (I'll refer to the pieces of paper as wheels, the 16 symbol one as the L wheel and the 7 symbol wheel as the S wheel) turn clockwise by one symbol. Today is the first day, Triangle M. Becuase 16*7=112 it will be 112 days until Triangle M comes around again. After 7 spins of the L wheel, I will create a 3rd wheel that will spin once every 112 days (it will have 16 symbols). After the approximately 5 years it will take for all 3 wheels to spin once around, I will create a 4th wheel that will have 8 symbols, the 5th would have 8, all the other wheels would have 8. The L and S wheels spin next to each other, whatever symbols are touching represent the day (on the 2 main wheels) none of the other wheels touch the 2 main wheels.
So, I should get to the reason I made the blog. I made the blog so every day I can tell about how my day was. Then I can give each symbol, and 112 day certain qualities i.e. good day to be adventurous on, good day to ask someone out, bad day to travel etc.
